Participation rules
This RAVE 2017 collaborative meeting is a closed workshop for members of the RAVE collaboration and members of SFB 881 "The Milky Way System". The number of participants is limited to 40 people.
Registration fee
The registration fee associated for this conference is covered by SFB 881.
How to register
If you want to participate in the meeting please send an email to the head of our LOC, i.e. just(at)ari.uni-heidelberg.de. In your email, please include the following information:
- Your name and address
- Your collaborative affiliation (RAVE- or SFB-member)
- In case you want to give a presentation (oral or poster) please add title and short abstract
- Joining the conference dinner on Monday: yes/no
Remark: Please inform us if you are faced with any nutrition restrictions (vegetarian, allergies,...)
