Password Forgotten

ARI/ITA-Passwords

If you have forgotten your Linux-LAN password  or your Kepler-Cluster password, do not send your new clear text (unencrypted) passwords per e-mail to the Admins. We will refuse them.

Instead go to our ZAH Account Application Form, read the instructions and fill in the form. Do not forget to send the output to admin(at)zah.uni-heidelberg.de.

URZ-Passwords

In case you have forgotten the password of your UNI-ID, Project-Account or UNI-eMail-Account, please contact the URZ IT-Service at  it-service(at)uni-heidelberg.de. Please note that the ZAH admins can not change your password anymore. The URZ IT-Service will require that you either come to them personally or set up a video call where you can show an official ID.
