Gaia DPAC 4th Consortium Meeting
The meeting in brief
From March 3 to March 6, 2020, this 4th DPAC consortium meeting will join representatives from all CUs and DPCs. The meeting will take place at the University's meeting venue in the beautiful heart of Heidelberg's historical center. A detailed program of the plenary- and splinter-sessions will be announced later. The number of participants is limited to 200 and participation is restricted to DPAC-members only. Registration is not yet open. However, please take into account that participation requires pre-paymend of related fees. These will also be announced later and well in advance of the meeting.
The program is still under construction.
The meeting will take place at the "Neue Universität", located in the lively historic city center of Heidelberg. From 2009 until 2011 this historic building has been completely refurbished to become a modern auditorium which provides all contemporary features necessary to run inspiring lectures and meetings.

For several hotels in Heidelberg we hold options for a certain number of single or double bedrooms for our guests. These hotels are located at various distances to the meeting venue. Prices per person and night range from about 70,- to 130 EUR and mostly already include breakfast. Please consider that hotels mentioned below grant options on rooms until mid January 2020.
